Egypt,1/11/110
Dear Diary,
Today, I just got woken from the scream of my wife. “SHUPHANIN!” she said. “GET IN HERE!” So I got up on my specially made bed, made out of sand, than covered in cloth of silk. As I came in her room, I saw my wife, bending on her knees, in front of the broken pot that was my wife’s mom. It was the most priceless thing in our house. Groaning, I got up and checked my wife’s grown crops. I needed something that would take my mind off all the whimpering of my wife. I smelled the new grown corn, knowing it was a good idea too grow them. Though, I had to make fast with the crops. I’d have to wait until the next Nile’s flow. Then, I saw a familiar face: sir Lazloo! His mouth was open, but no voice came out. He was pointing at something, still silent. Then, I saw it: a big, huge hole, suking up the air. I tried to run, but I fell in the hole of darkness! I thought that this was a sign of Osiris, but no. I fell out to the sky and out to the ground.
